Eligibility: -Any permanent, regular or temporary, regularly appointed person of the
Lower Division Grade of the Central Secretariat Clerical Service, who satisfies on crucial date 01-07-2003 shall be eligible to the examination.
Age on 01-07-2003 : Should not be more than 50 years.
Written Examination -
(Objective Type) (A)General Awareness (100 Questions).
(B)Comprehension and writing ability of English Language (100 Questions).
Paper-II (Conventional Type) Noting, Drafting& Office Procedure) (100 Marks).No attendant will be allowed with VH candidatesinside the Examination Hall.
Syllabus of the Written Test-General Awareness,Comprehension and Writing Ability of English Language,For paper-2 : Noting Drafting and Office Procedure.
In Part-1 Examination : Written examination carrying of 300 marks in the subject as shown in Para 2 below. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I.
