Make best out of waste

Make A Water Fountain :
THINGS REQUIRED
A glass bottle with a cork, a basin, some colour powder or dye, sellotape, a straw, a tiny piece of sponge, little cold water and a little hot water.
METHOD
1) Make a hole in the centre of the cork, big enough to insert a straw.
2) Fill half the bottle with cold water. Mix the water with colour powder or dye and close the bottle with the cork.
3) Insert the straw and stick some sellotape around the cork’s opening so that it is absolutely airtight.
4) Cover the open end of the straw with a tiny piece of sponge.
5) Now place the bottle in a basin. Pour very hot water inside the basin. Remove the sponge from the straw’s top end and see how the coloured water gushes out of the bottle like a fountain.
