M.Tech program at IIT Rajasthan requires mathematics background at 10+2 level
After joining the program, you are required take a few mathematics courses as part of your course work
However, those got admitted, depending on the requirement, may be provided with preparatory courses in mathematics before starting of the actual course work

The summary sheet, final submitted application, demand draft and GATE score card should reach us by 26th April, 2012
You are requested to send summary sheet and final submitted application generated online duly signed along with the processingfee of Rs 300/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs 150/- for SC/ST/PwD (PD) candidates in the form of demand draft drawn from a nationalized bank in favour of Director, IIT Rajasthan payable at Jodhpur to the following address
Candidates applying for TWO CoEs need to submit demand draft of Rs 600/- (OBC/General), Rs 300/- (SC/ST/PD)
Candidates applying for THREE CoEs need to submit demand draft of Rs 900/- (OBC/General), Rs 450/-(SC/ST/PD)

Reservation : Reservation policy is applicableas per Govt of India rules
Financial Assistance : Students in the two-year M.Tech programme receive an assistantship of Rs 8000/- per month
Students getting the assistantship are required to assist in teaching or research, asassigned by the Centre, to the extent of 8 hours per week
The continuation of the assistantship is subject to satisfactory performance of the duties assigned by the Centre as well as satisfactory academic performance
The assistantship is available for a maximumperiod of 24 months
